We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated care manager to join our growing team and facilitate the expansion of the company and its services. Position Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision and management of care packages across a defined geographical area.
The successful candidate will be based in our Ballymena Office, but will be required to attend Head Office in Portadown for the inital settling period and may be requested to work in Head Office as and when required.
The candidate should have the passion, vision, dedication, and determination to continue building a high quality service that places our clients at the heart of everything we do.

Successful candidate can earn up to £28,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Monitoring and mentoring of new staff
- Referral Management
- Client care plan development
- Complaint Management
- Monitoring of client satisfaction
- Rota allocation and management of guaranteed hour contracts
- Accurate documentation and reporting of complaints/incidents
- Updating of Management information system
Essential Requirements:
- Highly motivated manager with a minimum of 3 years leading a team of care staff
- Be proactive with excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Proven planning and organisational skills
- Flexibility to assist outside of office hours (evenings/weekends on rota basis)
