What We Do
Ann’s Home Care deliver domiciliary care across several health trusts. Our work with clients helps them remain independent in the comfort of their own homes. Staff provide assistance with personal care, assistance with meals and day and night sitting services.
All of our workers are recruited in line with best practice and existing legislation. Satisfactory Access NI disclosures, References and Right to work documents are required for all staff.
Further checks are completed to verify qualifications and NISCC registration. Induction training and skills assessments are completed with staff for all roles before consideration is given to a candidate’s suitability for placement with our service users.
AHC invest heavily in training for our staff, as we believe that competent staff are confident staff. We deliver a comprehensive induction programme which exceeds mandatory training requirements and our inhouse training team ensure continual staff development through the delivery ongoing training programs and competency assessments.
