The successful candidates will:
- Assist the Nursing Staff in providing residents with all personal care and assisting all clients with their general needs
- Attend and participate in handover from nursing staff taking instruction from the nurse in charge with regards to the priorities for the shift ahead.
- Maintain records as directed by nursing staff / team leaders.
- Be expected to demonstrate a high level of observation skills. Updating patient records, recording observations etc.
Essential Criteria
- Must have a caring, compassionate nature and be willing to support service users with poor mental health and challenging behaviour including personal care
- Available to work a flexible shift pattern including 1:1 support, evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- Eligibility to work in UK
